Technologies

FDM Materials for Prototypes and End-Use Parts

PLA

PLA

A versatile choice for prototypes, display models and low-load parts, with clean detail and a broad colour range.

PETG

PETG

A tough, moisture-resistant material for functional parts, housings and everyday applications.

ABS

ABS / ASA

ABS provides strength and heat resistance for technical parts; ASA adds UV resistance for outdoor use.

TPU

TPU

A flexible material for parts that need to bend or absorb shock. Suitable where a rigid plastic would crack.

NYLON

Nylon

High strength and wear resistance. The choice for mechanically loaded components.

PAHTCF

PAHT-CF

A carbon fibre composite for extreme strength and stiffness. For the most demanding technical parts.

What Our 3D Printing Services Produce

01

Spare Parts

Replacement gears, brackets, covers and connectors when an original part is unavailable.

02

Prototypes

Rapid prototypes and functional samples for design checks and practical testing before production.

03

Design Models

Display, architectural and presentation models produced with the detail suitable for FDM.

04

Small Batches

Repeatable short runs without tooling, from initial samples to production quantities.

What accuracy to expect from FDM printing

We typically achieve an accuracy of 0.1–0.3 mm. For functional parts, spare parts, brackets and enclosures that is more than enough — strength, heat resistance and material choice usually matter more than hundredths of a millimetre.

The result is affected by model orientation, layer height and infill. We set these parameters to match the purpose of the part while keeping production cost reasonable.

FAQ

Custom 3D Printing Services: Frequently Asked Questions

How much does custom 3D printing cost?

Upload your model to the online calculator to get an instant quote based on its geometry, material and print settings. If your project needs a manual review, we will send a quotation within 24 hours.

Do you print single pieces?

Yes. We manufacture one-off parts as well as short production runs. Contact us for a tailored quotation for repeat or larger orders.

What file formats do you accept?

The online calculator accepts STL, OBJ and 3MF files. For STEP, F3D or another CAD format, contact us and we will help prepare it for FDM printing.

I do not have a 3D model, can you help?

Yes. Send us photos, a drawing or a description. We can prepare a printable 3D model or adjust an existing file before production.

Do you also offer custom SLA printing?

No, we print exclusively with FDM from thermoplastics and do not offer SLA as a service. For functional parts, spare parts, brackets and enclosures FDM is usually the better fit — for mechanically loaded parts it tends to be more durable and the choice of materials is wider. SLA suits miniatures and visual models with very fine detail.
